Package Your Items
Securely place your Mous product and any included accessories back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the item is inspected at our warehouse.
